QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Four-year degree from college or university plus three to five years client service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. COMPUTER SKILLS: Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office specifically MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Intermediate level proficiency or higher in MS Excel. Database experience required, intermediate level proficiency or higher for Internet usage. Strong communication, presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills required. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is required to stand and walk at times for long periods of time and to multiple venues/hotels/etc. WORK ENVIRONMENT: The environment for this job is typical for an office but does sometimes result in exposure to conditions outside of the normal office environment while working at events. Occasionally, this position will require work outside of the typical office environment and may include, but is not limited to, travel, conduct client and member visits, driving of a company vehicle with clients, attending trade shows representing Visit Orlando, and other requirements that may not be included in this job description.
