RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY Marketing Facilitate domestic and international advertising campaigns and media placement. Implement annual Trade Show Magazine Bin Trading Program with show team. Assist with social marketing project copy/content creation. Assist with marketing research and analytics collection. Provide weekly social media analytics reports. Assist with preparation of bi-weekly EMT marketing reports. Organize and file documents for future reference. Assist with bi-weekly Marketing team meeting scheduling, prep and follow up. Social Media Collaborate with marketing and editorial to create PRI’s social media agenda. Facilitate bi-weekly social media and enewsletter content planning meetings. Manage PRI social media calendar. Ensure marketing and editorial calendar stays current and on schedule. Research and advise on social media opportunities, best practices and techniques. Facilitate all PRI social media communications. Assist with social media content and copy creation. Curate and collect social marketing assets. Post and monitor marketing content across all social media. Highlight PRI exhibitors and advertisers. Promote PRI events/ initiatives. Initiative PRI audience engagement and growth. Implement use of social groups and engagement tools. Confirm post approval prior to posting. Share, retweet and like posts from strategic partners. Tag people, companies and products whenever possible. Advise and assist with Editorial posts. Highlight: current articles, industry leaders, industry happenings, PRI visits and surveys. Implement and maintain paid social media campaigns. Monitor and report on PRI campaign performance. Provide updates on paid campaign budget status. Assist with social media comment response management. RELATIONSHIPS Report to Director of Marketing & Creative. Coordinate with Trade Show, Editorial, Art, Sales, Circulation, outside vendors and media regarding schedules, specifications, pricing and delivery. Interface with all levels of PRI staff as well as PRI customers. |
